1. Shipping Destinations
- Currently We are shipping our products across only Bangalore. Currently, we do not offer across India and international shipping. However we are trying to achieve it very soon in the future.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination. However this applies only for all India delivery as per request.
- Local Delivery: Available for select locations, Local Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days. Additional charges apply.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations. Arjoos is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
6. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Arjoos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Shipping Damages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Provide video proof of the damaged package and items to initiate a return and refund process.
8. Undeliverable Packages
- In the event that a package is undeliverable, the carrier will return the package to Arjoos. We will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund, excluding shipping costs.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For domestic shipments within India, all applicable taxes are included in the product price. Arjoos is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply.
